Complaints about a registered health practitioner should be made to the Health and Disability Commissioner, PO Box 1791, Auckland, Freephone 0800 112233.

Alternatively a complaint can be made with the authority responsible for registering the health practitioner. A complaint received by the registration authority must be promptly forwarded by that authority to the Health and Disability Commissioner.
