The parties do not wish to adduce oral evidence or present oral submissions.  The parties have accordingly sought and the Tribunal has directed that the hearing entail the Tribunal’s consideration of and deliberation over the parties’ documentary filings.  The Tribunal's deliberations will be private pursuant to s 96(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act and will occur via audio-visual link on Tuesday 28 April 2026.
